Originally born as S'ylvhi to a proud Nunh and an even prouder Half-Keeper mother, S'haksai, S'ylvhi had a comfortable upbringing. After a passing bard struck inspiration in the miqo'te, she left to chance her fortunes as a wandering performer and going by the imaginative moniker 'S'ylvie'.

Cheerful, bright eyed and enthusiastic, the blonde is a happy vitamin to some and a terror garbed in pink to others. Quick to learn, S'ylvie gets carried away with childish tendancies and follows rabbits down their holes. Her expression often doesn't give away her feelings, dressed up pretty.

Having given up on her idol dreams and 'retired', S'ylvie has waltzed down the path to embrace kriegstanz and it's teachings. Eager and enthusiastic, it's been a slow learning process that's only starting to bear fruit.

Despite being tiny in stature, it's difficult to miss this miqo'te in a crowd with her penchant for rose coloured garb. Animated and cheerful in nature, it seems as if nothing at all bothers the blonde as she prances around with a skip in her step. Heart worn on her sleeves, her ears often give away her true feelings that lay beneath the cheerful mask she adorns which suggests that perhaps not everything is entirely as rosy as she paints it out to be.

Born into the Zu Tribe, S'ylvie still retains a good relationship with her tribe despite leaving to pursue her dreams. During her idol career she prided herself on her squeaky clean image with anything that could tar her reputation placed under lock and key.

Usually found lurking in Thanalan or the Shroud, the blonde miqo'te isn't well travelled despite her burning desire to travel the star. She'll often take refuge from the heat in the adventurer's guild of Ul'dah and is often seen in the company of a one braincell monk. It's for the best, given S'ylvie's terrible habit of getting carried away and needing something - or someone - to ground her.

Vanity is one of the seven deadly sins; they say gluttony is another and greed a third. Despite presenting an image that stirs up rainbows and sunshine, the blonde enjoys the finer things in life. Things that are often bought with currency that she doesn't have and she'll throw some of her morals out to get in order to get her shiny object fix. Compliments are the easiest way to get into S'ylvie's good graces - just don't overdo it.

Once upon a time, S'ylvie was an 'idol', having been inspired by the Songbirds of Ul'dah. There's no need to be the best singer, the best dancer - as long as you're enthusiastic and cheery you're fit for purpose. Back in the early days of her career she'd be at Sapphire Avenue and the Quicksand every day, orchestrion rolls and posters in tow in a bid to promote herself as a fairly unknown performer. Having retired from the idol lifestyle out of the blue, it's not unusual for some people familiar with her to wonder why.Perhaps you've seen her warbling a song about hope or peace or love, or perhaps you've seen her face on a poster or modelling materials she's used to promote herself? Or perhaps you're intrigued as to why a once enthusiastic idol retired as her career climbed to new heights. Who knows?

The devil makes work for idle hands, they say - or something like that. Dreams dashed, after a particular incident S'ylvie found a calling in the art of kriegstanz and embraced learning the art. A few moons in she's not the most skilled but she's trying her best and that's what's important, right?Usually training daily, S'ylvie often can be found practicing with her chakrams out in the wilds of Thanalan. It's not uncommon to stumble across her in the dawn, before the desert sun peaks and makes doing much of anything physical outdoors a little risky. She's not wont for a fight or a hunt 95% of the time lest she have her face hurt. That'd be tragic.

When in the city, S'ylvie is usually in the company of a long-haired chihuahua named Buddy, a smarmy and mischevious dog who she adores. Sometimes she'll leave him at home; sometimes he'll be with her. Occasionally, she may be accompanied by a bullpup named Priscilla, a slobbery princess.Interacting positively with either pup is bound to get you into S'ylvie's good graces quickly. Alternatively, interacting with them negatively will cause her to get rather irritated - fast. Pronto.They're good dogs, Brent.

On the occasions S'ylvie wears something that reveals her back, one may spy a small bow tattoo on her upper back. Nothing too big or flashy, mind you - but given her past career it's interesting. Perhaps after her career withered away she decided to express herself a little but she's certainly defensive when pressed on that subject.If pressed on the matter by a stranger or, Twelve forbid, called out on the reason she's sporting it the blonde will become defensive. It's a rare person who can coax her to open on it. Perhaps you've heard the whisperings behind it and want to satiate your curiosity? Nothing good can come of it.

About me.

I'm over the age of 21 and prefer the people I roleplay with to also be over this age. I've been roleplaying for way too long and I'm open to all types - just ask if you're not sure. I try to write paragraphs whenever possible but sometimes, especially in busy areas, it's easier not to.I'm based in the UK so it can be a little difficult to catch me to arrange stuff and I'd like it if that could be kept in mind when planning stuff. Staying up until 5am every night is killing my skin and sleep schedule.Discord? Perhaps. I'm picky on who I give it out to. It's a me issue, not a you issue.Final Fantasy is my main roleplay source so I'm around a lot. I do get a little anxious about walking up to people (even friends!) so I appreciate it when people walk up to me.I enjoy doing higher end content and listening to k-pop (although S'ylvie is very much a j-pop inspired character!). Kudos if you caught most of the references - I'm still not over IZ*ONE disbanding.
